The Eagle Project is the Scout's own, so the Scout fills in and submits this form. The committee writes to the Scout, with the parent or guardian copied on every email.

Parents and leaders: thank you for helping. Please sit with your Scout while they submit it, rather than submitting it for them.

The signed Proposal (ESSPP) is required. Slides, photos or a separate signature page are optional. PDF, PPTX, DOCX, JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 20 MB each. We rename files to the district standard.
